Digital Products:

Due to the digital nature of our downloadable documents and microlearning courses, we do not offer refunds. All purchases of digital products are final.

Physical Products:

We primarily offer digital products. However, in the rare instance that we offer a physical product, please note the following:

• All physical products are bespoke and made to order.
• We do not offer refunds on physical products, except in cases of manufacturing errors or faults.
• If you receive a physical product with a manufacturing error or fault, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with photographic evidence.
• We will offer a correction or replacement in the first instance. If a correction or replacement is not possible, we will then consider other options.
• Physical products are published under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0).
